Reaching out to Amsterdam!

My goal as the International Ambassador for the Autism Hope Alliance is to unite autism charities that have like-minded goals and missions. I was fortunate to collaborate with one of the founders of the Stichting Autisme Helden non-profit autism organization in Amsterdam. I was thrilled to be invited to speak at their event. After planning, organizing, and packing, I hopped on a plane to travel overseas for a new adventure.

I am greeted by Sancha Vieira, founder of the Stichting Autisme Helden non-profit autism organization and we set out for a little site seeing. I love the architecture and the layout of the city. The canals are my favorite!

Later, we head to the hotel conference room and I prepare to present at the Stichting Autisme Helden event. I also arrange tons of free goodies donated by our partners. Thank you to the Autism Hope Alliance, Enzymedica, Master Supplements, and Chamberlin Marketing!

Getting to know the fantastic staff and physicians who are helping so many families was amazing. Educating families and bringing new protocols to help children is our common goal. A special thank you to  Dr Ashwyn Schotborg, Dr. Michael Van Gils, and Dr. Andre Boogers for all that you do!

I receive a gift. My very own dutch girl slippers. I am asked to model them…FUN!

I enjoy a quick workout with a great view and then head to the airport of my 14 hour trip home.

This has been an incredible trip. New partnerships have been formed and lifelong friendships have been created. Together, we can create greater awareness for the autism community and help children and adults with autism worldwide!
